SUGARLOAF MOUNTAIN, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY
JULY 2008
PAGE ONE
Photographs by Michael Charters
Some of the pictures on this page were not located on the Sugarloaf Mountain Trail, but rather along the road (2N93) that leads up to the Wild Horse Meadows trailhead and in the meadow area itself. I have indicated those with a + sign. The trail was somewhat drier than I expected, perhaps because of the lack of late spring rains, and there was very little in bloom around the summit. An upside-down V next to the common name indicates a taxon that was new to me when I photographed it on this field trip. |
