SAN BERNARDINO MOUNTAINS JULY/SEPTEMBER 2006 PAGE ONE Photographs by Michael Charters |
The photographs in this gallery were taken on two field trips which I made in 2006 and which included such locations as Van Dusen Canyon Rd, along the 3N08, Lower and Upper Holcombe Valley, Whispering Pines, Keller Meadow, the Pebble Plains and several other spots that were unrecorded. The first of these field trips was conducted with my friend Richard Sapiro. Inasmuch as this was in the early years of my botanical photography 'career,' there is always the possibility in this gallery of an incorrect identification, and I encourage suggestions or corrections. As always, an asterisk next to the common name indicates a non-native taxon. |
