Euphorbia misera, but clearly not that species as pictures #11-13 show.
This species has much longer leaf petioles and lacks the red appendages
around the corolla. NOTE: Thanks to David Hollombe for identifying
this species as Euphorbia californica var. californica, which is a native
species of Baja and northern Mexico.
